-Garrett, again. I am a Product Designer and Art Director with a part-time gig as a Technical Specialist. Based in Colorado, I specialize in turning complex digital ecosystems into clean, intuitive, and high-impact user experiences. As the founder of Pixel Peak Design Co., I bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution—guiding products from abstract concepts to polished, market-ready realities.
Form over function is often leaned on; but great design is more than making things POP - it’s about clarity, direction, and strategy. Have no fear, though! Making it POP will come easy when the right architecture and design system is in place. Being a designer is very similar to when I was a river guide, through the design process—navigating ambiguous requirements, balancing business objectives, and steering cross-functional teams through complex technical landscapes to reach a seamless destination.
My background combines a deep foundation in traditional visual systems with a user-centric approach to digital products. Whether architecting scalable design systems, building interactive prototypes, or leading the artistic vision of a brand, I champion a minimal, modern aesthetic that prioritizes functional simplicity and user empowerment.
When I’m not pushing pixels or mapping out user flows, you can usually find me exploring Colorado's trails with the pups and family, or capturing the world through a camera (often both - check below).
