This moving app transforms the moving experience by providing quick, on-demand help for clients while offering movers the flexibility to earn extra money on their own terms. It bridges the gap between those needing to transport furniture or electronics and skilled individuals looking for rewarding, flexible work.
Challenge
Market analysis and user surveys identified that 36.4% of users move items at least a few times a year, yet they face high costs from traditional movers and limited time to coordinate complex logistics. There is a clear need for a reliable, tech-savvy solution that handles small to medium-sized items like furniture and electronics efficiently.

Ideation & Research: Conducted user surveys (n=33) and market size analysis to estimate a $105.45 billion industry value for 2024.
User Flow Iterations: Developed and refined multiple user flows (Flow A & B) to streamline the onboarding, inventory management, and live tracking experiences.
Paper Prototypes: Sketched initial concepts inspired by the simplicity of competing delivery apps to ensure an intuitive layout.
Technical Execution: Finalized high-fidelity prototypes featuring thorough background checks, physicals for movers, and real-time move tracking.
